TCBMAIL Current Status

5-28-2009 The following steps must be taken, for those that send/receive their email via an external program (Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Entourage etc).
This update does NOT affect those that send/receive their mail via webmail.
In your program's settings, change: 1. Your SMTP port to 587 2. In your "Outgoing server settings" (or equivalent) select "My Outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication" (or equivalent, depending on your program). 3. You will use the same login that you use for receiving, or click the box "use same settings as my incoming mail server" - depending on your configuration/program.
Remember, that unless you change these settings in your email program, you will not be able to send mail!! 6-18-2008: The issues with ATT.net and their affiliates have been resolved. 6-17-2008: TCBMAIL is currently having difficulty sending email to ATT.net and its affiliates. We are working on this issue to get it resolved as soon as possible.
If you use an outside program (other than webmail) such as Outlook/Thunderbird/etc to access TCBMAIL services and are having difficulty sending emails please contact us for a quick-fix solution.
